• Profile photos and portfolio images

2. How We Use Your Information

• Connecting clients with workers in their area
• Managing bookings and communication between parties
• Sending booking-related notifications
• Verifying worker identities and improving service quality

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share necessary information only with:

• Stripe — to process worker subscriptions via the website
• Apple — to process worker subscriptions via App Store on iOS
• Cloudinary — to securely store profile and portfolio images
• Twilio — to send SMS verification codes (OTP)

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Worker subscriptions are processed via Stripe (outside the app, in your browser) or Apple In-App Purchase on iOS devices. Apple subscriptions renew automatically every month and can be cancelled anytime from your Apple ID settings. Payments between a client and worker for a service itself happen directly between them, outside the app.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all personal data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete Account. Your personal data is deleted immediately; booking and transaction records are kept stripped of anything that identifies you, for legal purposes only.
